Job Summary
Express Employment Professionals is hiring dependable Light Construction / General Laborers to assist with various construction and labor-related tasks at local job sites. This position involves basic construction duties, site clean-up, and assisting skilled workers while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with light construction tasks such as demolition, material handling, and site preparation
- Load, unload, and move construction materials and tools
- Perform general labor duties including cleaning job sites and removing debris
- Use basic hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to complete projects on time
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Previous construction or general labor experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work for extended periods
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong attendance and reliable transportation required
- Commitment to workplace safety
