Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Lawn Care & Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position involves maintaining residential and/or commercial properties by performing routine lawn care and general outdoor maintenance. The ideal candidate enjoys working outdoors, can follow directions, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, and trim lawns
- Weed control and basic landscaping tasks
- Leaf removal and seasonal clean-up
- Operate lawn care equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, blowers)
- Assist with general property maintenance as needed
- Load and unload equipment and materials
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures
Requirements
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Strong work ethic and good attendance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Lawn care or maintenance experience preferred but not required
Schedule
- Full-time / Part-time (depending on company needs)
- Day shift
- Overtime may be available during peak seasons
