Job Summary
The Facility Manager is responsible for maintaining safe, functional, and professional facilities across the Duncan and Marlow branch locations. This role performs hands-on maintenance, coordinates with outside vendors as needed, and supports day-to-day operational needs to ensure all facilities, equipment, and grounds are properly maintained and presentable.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance for Duncan and Marlow locations, including:
- Heating and cooling systems
- Electrical systems
- Plumbing
- Construction and general repairs
- Painting and flooring
- Coordinate and communicate with outside specialists or contractors (e.g., HVAC companies) when required.
- Assist with opening new or additional locations as needed.
- Complete courier and mail runs between locations.
- Perform seasonal exterior maintenance, including salting and shoveling sidewalks and entrances.
- Maintain and oversee bank/company vehicles.
- Move office furniture, equipment, and materials as needed.
- Manage inventory stocking and counting.
- Follow all security procedures and company policies.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations.

Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit, use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, and reach with hands and arms.

- Intermittent standing, walking, stooping, bending at the waist, kneeling, or crouching.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
Work Environment
This position requires work in office, facility, and outdoor environments, including exposure to seasonal weather conditions while performing exterior maintenance tasks.
