Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales candidate to support our sales and operations team in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This position provides hands-on experience in inside sales, customer interaction, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment while gaining exposure to warehouse operations and logistics.
This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in sales, business operations, supply chain, or logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, quotes, and order processing
- Support inside sales activities, including follow-up calls and emails
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to verify inventory availability and order status
- Enter and update customer and sales data accurately in internal systems
- Help prepare sales reports, invoices, and shipping documentation
- Learn product lines and warehouse workflows to better support customers
- Provide general administrative support to the sales and operations teams
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Logistics, or a related field (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a warehouse/industrial environment
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Outlook, Excel, CRM systems a plus)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn
- Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
- Occasional lifting up to 25 lbs (as needed)
- On-site presence required
