Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service professional to join our team. This hybrid role combines sales support with excellent customer service, assisting clients, processing orders, and building strong relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels
- Process sales orders, quotes, and customer requests accurately
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify sales opportunities and upsell products/services when appropriate
- Provide product information, pricing, and availability
- Resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns professionally and promptly
- Maintain customer accounts and update CRM/system records
- Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, management, etc.) to ensure timely delivery
Qualifications
- Previous inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving and attention to detail
- High school diploma or GED required
