Position Summary
We are seeking a driven and dependable Outside Sales Representative to support business development while working closely within a warehouse environment. This role requires a balance of sales expertise and hands-on coordination with warehouse operations to ensure customers receive exceptional service and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct outside sales calls, site visits, and presentations
- Generate new business and meet or exceed sales goals
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory availability
- Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on sales leads
- Monitor customer needs and provide product recommendations
- Assist with occasional warehouse duties, including inventory checks and order coordination
- Resolve customer concerns quickly and professionally
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred (industrial, warehouse, or distribution environment a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Basic computer skills (CRM, Microsoft Office)
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs (as required)

- Knowledge of inventory systems or warehouse operations
- Self-motivated with a strong sales drive
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
