Job Title: CNC Programmer Supervisor

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 (DOE)
Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and motivated CNC Programmer Supervisor to lead programming and machining operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing CNC programming, supervising team members, and ensuring production efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead CNC programmers and machinists
- Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs (mills, lathes, etc.)
- Review blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accuracy
- Improve machining processes for efficiency, cost savings, and quality
- Coordinate production schedules and workflow with management
- Troubleshoot machine and programming issues
- Train and mentor team members on CNC operations and best practices
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Maintain documentation, tooling requirements, and program records
Qualifications
- 5+ years of CNC programming and machining experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Proficiency with CNC programming software (Mastercam, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Strong understanding of G-code, tooling, and machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred Skills
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Lean manufacturing or continuous improvement experience
- Knowledge of multi-axis machining
- Strong attention to detail and quality control standards
Work Environment
- Industrial/manufacturing setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and varying temperatures
- Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to XX lbs as needed
