Full-Time
We are seeking a dependable and motivated Facilities Manager to oversee maintenance and facility operations for our Duncan and Marlow branch locations. This position is responsible for general building maintenance, coordinating repairs, and ensuring facilities remain safe, functional, and professional in appearance.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee maintenance for heating/cooling systems, electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, and flooring
- Coordinate with outside specialists and vendors as needed, including HVAC companies
- Assist with opening branch locations when needed
- Complete courier and mail runs
- Salt and shovel sidewalks and entrances during inclement weather
- Maintain company vehicles
- Move office equipment and supplies as needed
- Maintain inventory, stocking, and counting supplies
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, construction, painting, and flooring maintenance
- Previous experience in a similar maintenance or facilities role preferred
- Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude with a professional appearance and demeanor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to follow company safety and security procedures
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean MVR required
Physical Requirements
- Regularly lift, move, and carry up to 50 lbs
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and use hands frequently throughout the day
- Ability to hear, see, and communicate effectively in a variety of work environments
