Responsibilities
- Process medical billing and payment transactions
- Explain insurance benefits and billing information to patients
- Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Assist with billing inquiries and account resolution
- Perform data entry and other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, billing, financial services, or medical office environments preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient typing and computer skills
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High School Diploma or GED required
