Job Description
We are currently seeking experienced Welders to join a growing team in Duncan. This position requires hands-on experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding processes. Candidates should be able to produce quality welds, read basic shop drawings, and work safely in a manufacturing or shop environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on a variety of materials
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
- Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy
- Operate welding and fabrication equipment safely
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures
Qualifications
- Previous welding experience required
- Experience with MIG, TIG, and Stick welding
- Ability to read a tape measure and basic blueprints
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable attendance and work ethic
Physical Requirements
- Stand for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Bend, stoop, and kneel regularly
- Work in a manufacturing/shop environment
