Job Description
We are seeking dependable and experienced Construction Workers to join a growing team. Candidates should have a strong work ethic, construction knowledge, and the ability to work safely and efficiently on commercial and residential job sites.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor and site preparation
- Assist with framing, concrete work, demolition, and remodeling projects
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Read and follow blueprints, measurements, and project plans
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of construction experience preferred
- Knowledge of construction methods, tools, and materials
- Ability to lift up to 50+ pounds and perform physical labor throughout the day
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- OSHA certification is a plus but not required
- Experience operating equipment is a plus
