Diesel Mechanic – Full-Time
Based out of our Chickasha office | Work location near Blanchard, OK
Starting at $21+/hour DOE (Depending on Experience)
We're looking for a dependable Diesel Mechanic to join our team! If you have experience maintaining and repairing diesel-powered vehicles and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs on emergency vehicles.
- Diagnose mechanical issues using computer diagnostics and hand tools.
- Complete preventative maintenance and inspections.
- Provide excellent customer service while ensuring quality workmanship.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of diesel mechanic experience preferred.
- Vocational training in Automotive or Diesel Technology preferred.
- Vo-Tech certification or equivalent on-the-job training considered.
- Previous dealership experience is a plus.
- Ability to use diagnostic equipment and common hand tools.
- Strong work ethic, mechanical aptitude, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
Physical Requirements
- Frequent use of hand tools.
- Repetitive motion and physical labor.
- Ability to lift, bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
