Job Overview
We're hiring a dependable Yard Hand to join a well-established global company. Responsibilities
- Safely load and unload trucks
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe yard
- Operate a forklift to move materials and equipment
- Assist with material handling and inventory as needed
- Follow all safety procedures while working outdoors
- Work closely with team members to keep operations running efficiently
Qualifications
- Previous forklift experience required
- Experience loading and unloading trucks preferred
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or GED preferred
Physical Requirements
- Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials with team assistance when needed
- Full range of motion, including bending, stooping, reaching, and walking throughout the shift
- Ability to work outdoors for extended periods
Equipment Used
- Forklift
- Material handling equipment
- Heavy equipment experience is a plus
- May operate trucks within the yard only
