Performs sandblasting and abrasive blasting to remove paint, rust, dirt, and other coatings from metal and other surfaces. Operates blasting equipment, prepares surfaces for painting or coating, maintains equipment, follows safety procedures, and keeps the work area clean. Requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely with protective equipment.
