General Laborer

Location: Chickasha, OK
Pay: $14-$18/hr DOE (Depending on Experience)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Overtime Available

Job Summary

A growing company in the Chickasha area is seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are reliable, and can work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Duties may vary depending on the job site and project needs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and unloading materials
• Perform general cleaning and site maintenance
• Operate basic hand and power tools safely
• Support construction, warehouse, or production operations
• Move materials and equipment as directed
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
• Complete other duties as assigned by supervisors

Qualifications

• Previous labor, construction, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Frequent standing, walking, bending, stooping, and lifting
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the workday
• Comfortable working in a physically demanding environment
