Bank Teller (Full-Time)Location: Guthrie, OKPay Rate: $14.50 / hourPosition Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireJob OverviewWe are seeking an outgoing, detail-oriented Bank Teller to join a highly respected financial institution in Guthrie, OK! This is an excellent temp-to-hire opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with potential for professional growth and advancement.If you take pride in providing world-class customer service, excel in fast-paced environments, and maintain a positive attitude, we want to hear from you!Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a primary contact for retail and commercial customers, processing financial transactions (deposits, withdrawals, check cashing) accurately and consistently.  Process specialty transactions, including issuing money orders and official checks, and handling foreign currency orders.  Utilize currency recyclers and maintain cash balancing percentages according to established policies.  Cross-sell banking products and services to meet customer needs and support branch growth goals.  Adhere strictly to security, compliance, and confidentiality procedures.  Assist team members with branch opening/closing procedures and general office duties as assigned.  Schedule & HoursHours: Shifts fall between 6:45 AM and 6:30 PM, Monday through Friday (with potential Saturday rotational shifts depending on branch needs).  Candidates must be flexible and willing to work any assigned shift within these operating hours.  Qualifications & SkillsEducation: High School Diploma or equivalent required.  Experience: Previous teller, cash handling, or customer service experience preferred.  Financial Aptitude: Strong understanding of basic mathematics, debits/credits, and cash handling/currency security features.  Soft Skills: Outstanding communication skills, professional image, strong work ethic, and a positive team-player attitude.  Physical & Environmental Requirements: Able to sit/stand for extended periods, multitask in a close-quarters environment, and occasionally lift 10–20 lbs.  Why Apply?Stable full-time hours with a clear path toward permanent hire.Supportive team culture with opportunities to learn and advance your career.Fast-track hiring process through our staffing agency.Ready to start your banking career?
