Job Full Description
We are seeking a friendly and dependable Part-Time Customer Service Representative to join our client ok OKC. This role involves answering phones, assisting customers with floral orders, accurately entering orders into our system, and occasionally taking payment information in a professional and confidential manner. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a positive customer-focused attitude. This is a flexible part-time position, working approximately 3 days per week, with the availability to work some Saturdays as needed (not every Saturday). Previous customer service, retail, or floral industry experience is helpful but not required. We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people and thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. $14/hr
