Position Summary
We are currently partnering with a well-respected local financial institution in Guthrie to find a friendly, customer-focused Bank Teller. In this role, you will serve as the face of the institution, providing exceptional service while accurately handling daily financial transactions.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Relations: Greet customers warmly, build positive relationships, and provide professional assistance with banking needs and inquiries.
Transaction Processing: Accurately process cash deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing.
Drawer Management: Maintain a secure cash drawer, balance currency daily, and ensure accurate balancing records.
Product Promotion: Identify customer financial needs and introduce basic bank products and services.
Security & Compliance: Strictly adhere to institutional security procedures, privacy regulations, and operational guidelines.
Schedule & Requirements
Schedule: Monday through Saturday availability.
Experience: Previous cash handling, retail, or customer service experience is strongly preferred.
Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong basic math and computer literacy.
High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
Dependable attendance and a professional demeanor.
