Installer / Construction AssociateLocation: Edmond, OK & surrounding metro areasPay Rate: ~$18.00 / hour (Dependent on Experience)Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM(Must have flexibility: end times may vary based on job site progress and completing daily installations)Job OverviewWe are seeking a hardworking, reliable Installer / Construction Associate to join a premier outdoor living solution provider in the Edmond area. In this role, you will assist in assembling and installing custom patio covers, motorized retractable screens, pergolas, carports, and enclosed outdoor spaces.  This is a great opportunity for someone with hands-on construction, carpentry, or aluminum/framing experience who enjoys working outdoors and taking pride in quality craftsmanship.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist lead installers with on-site assembly and installation of patio covers, pergolas, carports, and screen enclosures.  Measure, cut, and secure materials (aluminum framing, insulated paneling, screen housing, and hardware) accurately according to project specs.Safely operate power tools, hand tools, ladders, and equipment on active residential/commercial job sites.Load, unload, and stage job site materials and clean up job sites at the end of each day.Maintain clear, professional communication with site supervisors and team members.Qualifications & SkillsExperience: 1+ years in residential construction, carpentry, framing, roofing, or outdoor structure installation preferred.Tools: Proficiency with basic hand/power tools (drills, impact drivers, tape measures, saws).Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and work comfortably off ladders or elevated platforms.Reliability: Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and a team-player attitude.Flexibility: Willingness to stay slightly past 5:00 PM when an installation requires a few extra steps to wrap up safely.Requirements: Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation to the shop/job sites.Why Apply?Consistent Full-Time Hours: Monday through Friday schedule.  Competitive Pay: ~$18/hr to start, with growth opportunities based on skill and dependability.Great Work Environment: Local, family-owned business culture focused on quality work and client satisfaction.
