Bartender – Event Services
Location: Guthrie, OK
Pay Rate: $18.00 / hour + Tips
Schedule: Weekend Evenings (Part-Time / Recurring Event Basis)
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable, professional, and personable Event Bartender to join our team for recurring weekend events at a premier event venue in Guthrie.
This position is ideal for an experienced bartender seeking consistent weekend shifts in a fast-paced, high-end event environment. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean work area, and presenting a sharp, professional image at all times.
Key Responsibilities
Mix, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently and accurately in accordance with event guidelines.
Check identification to verify legal drinking age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar setup throughout the duration of the event.
Provide warm, attentive customer service to all event guests.
Assist with initial bar setup, breakdown, and post-event cleanup.
Cash handling and processing transactions as required per event setup.
Requirements & Qualifications
Licensing: Active Oklahoma ABLE (Alcoholic Beverage Laws Enforcement) Commission License required.
Experience: Previous bartending or high-volume event/banquet beverage service experience preferred.
Availability: Consistent availability for weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, and/or Sunday evenings).
Dress Code: Must strictly adhere to the required event uniform (All-black attire: long-sleeve black button-up dress shirt, black slacks, black belt, and black polishable non-slip dress/work shoes).
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand and move continuously for 6 to 8+ hours and lift up to 35 lbs (ice, beverage crates, supplies).
Attributes: Reliable transportation to Guthrie, strong communication skills, and a polished, professional demeanor.
