Mechanical Assembler
Location: Guthrie, OK
Position Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20.00/hour
About the Role
We are seeking detail-oriented, hard-working, and mechanically inclined Assemblers to join a leading industrial manufacturing and energy equipment team in Guthrie.
In this role, you will be responsible for assembling mechanical components, sub-assemblies, and finished products according to engineering drawings and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities
Assembly & Fabrication: Assemble mechanical, hydraulic, or structural components using hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment.
Blueprint Reading: Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to ensure precise assembly.
Quality Control: Inspect finished parts and assemblies to verify proper fit, alignment, and adherence to quality and safety standards.
Testing & Troubleshooting: Assist in functional testing of assembled equipment and troubleshoot assembly issues as needed.
Shop Safety & Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized work area and strictly adhere to all workplace safety guidelines and procedures.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience: Prior experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, industrial fabrication, or a related trade.
Tool Proficiency: Strong proficiency with hand tools, power tools, torque wrenches, and basic shop equipment.
Technical Skills: Ability to read and understand technical drawings, schematics, or assembly guidelines.
Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly throughout a 10-hour shift.
Work Ethic & Reliability: Self-motivated, attentive to detail, and dependable with an excellent attendance record.
What We Offer
