🌱 What You’ll Do
- Maintain lawns, landscaping, and outdoor areas to professional standards
- Mow, trim, edge, weed, and fertilize lawns and plants
- Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
- Keep walkways, parking areas, and common spaces clean and safe
- Perform seasonal duties such as leaf removal, snow/ice removal, and planting
- Identify and report maintenance or safety concerns
- Take pride in keeping the property looking its best
🛠 What We’re Looking For
- Experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance (preferred, not required)
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Dependable, punctual, and safety‑focused
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
