🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Complete work orders related to facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance
- Perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and general upkeep
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC systems
- Operate, inspect, and test systems and equipment
- Ensure required equipment calibrations are completed and properly documented
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy work environment by following all company standards and procedures
🧠 Specialized Skills & Knowledge
- HVAC system operation, maintenance, and repair
- Parts, tools, and inventory management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
🏢 Working Environment
- Temperature‑controlled indoor facility
- Outdoor facility and grounds maintenance as needed

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
