Kitchen Remodeling Helper – Tear Outs & Installs

About the Role

A Tulsa-based kitchen remodeling company is seeking a reliable, hands-on Helper to assist with demolition, tear-outs, and installation of kitchen components. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, learning skilled trades, and being part of a team that transforms residential spaces.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with demolition and tear-out of existing kitchen cabinets, countertops, flooring, and fixtures

  • Support installation of new cabinets, countertops, backsplashes, appliances, and related components

  • Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment

  • Maintain a clean and safe job site throughout the project

  • Use hand and power tools under supervision

  • Measure, cut, and prep materials as directed

  • Follow instructions from lead installers and project managers

  • Ensure proper disposal of debris and materials

  • Represent Express Employment Professionals and the client company professionally on job sites

Qualifications

  • Previous construction, remodeling, carpentry, or general labor experience preferred

  • Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

  • Comfortable using basic hand and power tools

  • Willingness to learn new skills and follow safety procedures

  • Reliable transportation to job sites around Tulsa

  • Strong work ethic, punctuality, and positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing tasks

Schedule & Pay

  • Full-time hours (typically Monday–Friday; occasional weekends depending on project needs)
