A reputable Tulsa remodeling company is seeking an experienced Lead Remodel & Installer to oversee and execute kitchen and bathroom renovation projects. This role is ideal for someone with strong trade skills, leadership ability, and a passion for high-quality craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities

Lead kitchen and bathroom remodel projects from tear-out to final installation

Install cabinets, countertops, vanities, tile, fixtures, flooring, and related components

Perform demolition safely and efficiently

Read and interpret blueprints, measurements, and project plans

Direct and mentor helpers or junior installers on job sites

Ensure all work meets quality standards and project timelines

Communicate with project managers, homeowners, and team members

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions on the job

Load, unload, and manage tools, materials, and equipment
Qualifications

Previous remodeling or construction experience required, preferably in kitchens and bathrooms

Strong carpentry, installation, and finishing skills

Ability to lead a small crew and manage job site workflow

Proficient with hand and power tools

Ability to lift 50–75 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable transportation to job sites throughout Tulsa

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

Professional communication and customer-service skills

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Schedule & Pay
