Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist – Tulsa, OK (Skin Care Clinic)

A high-end skin care clinic in Tulsa is looking for a friendly, polished Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist to join their team. This role is perfect for someone who loves the world of aesthetics—Botox, facials, lasers, and premium skin care products.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday

• Either 10 AM–2 PM or 11 AM–3 PM

• $16 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming phone calls with professionalism and warmth

• Schedule patient appointments and manage the booking system

• Take payments and handle basic front-office transactions

• Welcome clients and create a positive, inviting experience from the moment they walk in
