Job Full Description
Currently seeking a self motivated, independent working, Client Services Administrator for a local call center for debt collections. Below are all the needed details for this role. Hours: Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM
Pay: $15/hour
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and process payments for in-person clients.
-Coordinate mail intake, organization, and delivery to correct department.
-Manage warrant-related collections and conversion processes.
-Process account receivable payments and create deposit slips for receivable payments bank delivery.
-Enter receivable payments into Debtmaster and update Quickbooks entries.
-Manage bi-weekly processing of Trust Statements.
-Manage, review, and audit process for all designated OSCN & OCDR reports.
-Assist team leads and case managers with case balance checks.
-Assist with printing credit card receipts and distributing via email or mail.
-Understand and interpret county court records and dockets.
