The Inventory Analyst supports daily inventory operations, maintains accurate stock records, and ensures smooth communication between departments. This position is designed as temp-to-hire, offering a pathway to long-term employment with a stable company.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory tracking — Monitor, update, and reconcile inventory levels across systems and physical stock.

Data entry — Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports using spreadsheets or inventory software.

Communication coordination — Collaborate with purchasing, warehouse staff, and management to resolve discrepancies.

Reporting — Prepare daily/weekly inventory summaries and highlight issues or trends.

Administrative support — Assist with filing, documentation, scheduling, and general office tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Office experience — Prior administrative or clerical background.
