Forklift Operator – $21.45/HR
Location: Lebanon, OR
Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts | Full-Time | Evaluation-to-Hire
A local Lebanon company is seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join their Logistics team. This is a physically active role supporting the safe and efficient movement of materials throughout the facility. In addition to forklift operation, the position includes packaging products and building crates for outbound shipments.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate forklifts to unload, move, and load materials

Check in freight, distribute materials, and stage inventory for production

Load semi-truck trailers safely and accurately
-
Assist in packaging finished products and building custom crates for transport

Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment

Participate in daily team safety briefings
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1 year of forklift experience in a production or warehouse setting

Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, packaging, and crate assembly
-
Strong focus on safety and following standard operating procedures

Ability to work 12-hour shifts with reliable attendance

Team player with good communication skills
