The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of hands-on experience in both residential and commercial HVAC installations. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $25 to $30, depending on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Installations and Repairs: Perform installations, maintenance, and repairs of HVAC systems in both residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance and inspections to ensure HVAC systems are functioning efficiently.
- Project Collaboration: Work closely with team members and contractors to complete installations and projects on time.
- Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and regulations when handling HVAC equipment and materials.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and parts used.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, with 3-5 years in the field.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of residential and commercial HVAC installations.
- Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and drawings.
- Licensing: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
