Production Associate – $17.00/HR
Location: Albany, OR
A local company in Albany, OR is hiring Production Associates for full-time work in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. This position involves working on a team that prepares and packages crack sealant products used in roadway maintenance and repair. No experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Pay: $17.00/hour
Shift: Full-time | Evaluation-to-hire
Key Responsibilities:

Rotate between positions throughout your shift to support a variety of production tasks

Load boxes into machines for filling
-
Fill boxes with hot crack sealant (PPE provided)

Push filled boxes through taping machine
-
Stack sealed boxes on pallets for shipping

Maintain a clean and safe work area
What We’re Looking For:

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
-
Comfortable working in a warm, industrial environment

Able to stand for extended periods and switch tasks throughout the shift

Dependable and team-oriented
-
Previous production or warehouse experience is a plus but not required
