Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week

Position Summary
Our client is searching for a Gallery/Office Admin personnel who will assist in the overall operations of the business and store personnel to ensure business profitability and provide excellent quality service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Creating a positive team environment
- Assist with day-to-day operations
- Assist and support operations to ensure profitability
- Maintain office equipment
- Troubleshoot customer/vendor issues
- Filing/Scanning
- Invoicing
- Sales, Administration
- Oversee the general maintenance of the showroom gallery
- Answer phones
- Oversee repairs
- Data input-customer files-updated
- Support the Sales team
