Sandy joined Express Bend in August 2022. As one of our Industrial Employment Specialists, she connects clients with candidates who will improve their company culture and production. Sandy brings to Express over 13 years of Personnel Coordinator experience, including managing bookkeeping, timekeeping, hiring, onboarding, computer training, employee files, and other support methods for her team. 

Sandy was born and raised in McMinnville. However, she moved to Bend over 20 years ago and has fallen in love with Central Oregon. Sandy enjoys watching football, being outside, and spending time with her husband, children, and dogs. Her children are grown and having their own babies, and Sandy is beyond excited to add "Grandma" to her title.

Originally from a small town in South Carolina, she has seamlessly blended Southern charm with the vibrant energy of the Pacific Northwest. In her free time, you’ll find Jennifer hiking and exploring the area with her family and friends. Her partner and their son are incredibly special to her, and she loves getting to raise her family here in Bend.
