Production Team Member Needed
Job Summary: Our Production Team Members play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility. Depending on the assignment, team members may be responsible for operating machinery, working on assembly lines, inspecting products for quality, sorting wood, preparing and handling materials, staging and packaging finished products for delivery, and performing other general production duties as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate small and large machines
- Work on assembly lines
- Inspect all products for quality
- Sort wood
- Material preparation and material handling
- Stage and package finished products for delivery
- Perform other general production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Ability to operate machinery safely and efficiently
- Attention to detail for quality inspection
- Physical stamina for material handling and sorting
- Team player with good communication skills
- Flexibility to perform various tasks as required
Working Conditions:
- Production environment with exposure to varying temperatures
- Standing, lifting, and moving for extended periods
- Use of personal protective equipment as required
