Room Attendant – Hotel Housekeeping Team
Location: Bend, OR Pay: $19.00 per hour Schedule: Day Shift

Requirements:

Prior Housekeeping/Room Attendant experience is required
-
Ability to lift 25–50 lbs, with occasional lifting up to 100 lbs
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
-
Must be reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented
Key Responsibilities:
-
Clean assigned guest rooms/suites daily, including:
-
Vacuuming, sweeping, and mopping floors
-
Dusting furniture and fixtures
-
Cleaning showers, tubs, sinks, and bathroom amenities
-
Making beds and replenishing guest supplies
-
Provide courteous and accurate information to guests about hotel services
-
Report any room maintenance issues to supervisors
Additional Duties:
-
Greet guests warmly in hallways and common areas
-
Maintain a professional image and positive attitude
-
Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints
-
Ensure proper usage of cleaning supplies and equipment
-
Follow guest room key control procedures
-
Maintain linen closets and housekeeping carts in an organized manner
-
Submit accurate room status reports at the end of each shift
-
Follow safety policies and procedures, reporting any hazards to supervisors
Physical Requirements:
-
Must frequently lift/move up to 25 lbs, occasionally lift up to 50 lbs, and rarely up to 100 lbs
-
Regularly required to stand, walk, reach, and handle cleaning tools
-
Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl in tight spaces
