What You Get to Do!
The Director of Finance will be accountable for the full spectrum of financial operations—from forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting to driving operational efficiencies and capital investments. Beyond technical proficiency, this individual must bring strong business acumen, a high level of integrity, and a passion for manufacturing.
What You Will Bring…
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA and/or MBA strongly preferred.
• Seven or more years in a senior financial leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Deep experience in GAAP, cost accounting, and operational finance.
• Proven ability to present and defend strategic recommendations at the executive and board level.
• Skilled in scenario modeling, financial systems, and performance analytics.
• Demonstrated leadership presence, ethical decision-making, and organizational agility.
• Exceptional communicator—able to influence and advocate for sound financial practices across the business.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities, strict deadlines, and high-level initiatives with precision.
