What You Get to Do!
This position is responsible for supporting Factory production, Factory service, Field service, Systems installs, maintenance, and calibration support for our customers. Responsible for supporting US and International service centers.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations, all work must be done thinking “Safety First.”
• Provide technical guidance to the service teams within Global LWS locations and Global Distributers.
• Train and cross train the service team.
• Tool and instrumentation management calibration resources, spare parts inventory and customer supplied materials. Safe and secure transport of products from customer site to car, between buildings, etc.
• Represent LWS in a professional manner to customers and auditors.
• Develop & update calibration processes and procedures, calibration workbooks, uncertainty budgets, and software tools.
• Organize and maintain critical data for transfer standard calibration and service history.
• Evaluate current and future reference equipment capabilities and needs.
• Manage all ISO 17043 scope of accreditation and ISO17043-compliant proficiency testing with internal and external customers.
• Good communication skills.

What You Will Bring…
• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and a minimum of two years related experience; or two years technical training and four years of related experience.
• Direct management of at least two people for two years.
• Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Broad experience with physics and electronics engineering.
• Experienced developing, analyzing, and applying calibration curves.
• Proficient with basic statistical analysis, statistical analysis tools, Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and Asset management.
• General knowledge of ISO/ANSI standards compliance environments and chemical and radiological safety.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, domestically and internationally.
