Job Overview
We are seeking a dependable and proactive Houseman to support our housekeeping and facilities team. This role is essential in keeping our hotel running smoothly by maintaining clean public areas, organizing supply rooms, and assisting with general housekeeping needs.
Responsibilities
- Keep linen and supply closets well-stocked for housekeeping staff
- Remove dirty laundry and trash from guest areas and common spaces
- Maintain cleanliness in general facility areas (hallways, lobbies, etc.)
- Assist housekeepers with room cleaning tasks as needed
- Use carts, vacuums, and cleaning supplies safely and efficiently
Expected Outcomes
- Ensure supplies are always available for housekeeping staff
- Prevent buildup of laundry and garbage in work areas
- Support a clean, organized, and guest-ready environment
- Provide general facilities support beyond traditional housekeeping duties
Skills and Qualifications
- Safe lifting and handling techniques
- Ability to organize and maintain supply areas
- Problem-solving and time management skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in hospitality or janitorial work is a plus

Physical Requirements
- Standing and walking for extended periods
