A rapidly growing outdoor products company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead our brand into its next phase of growth. What You Get To Do!
• Develop and deploy an innovative content marketing strategy.
• Oversee digital media, including photography, videography, PPC, SEO, SEM, email, and social campaigns.
• Ensure operational excellence within the marketing function, delivering consistent, brand-aligned messaging.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure performance and drive growth.
• Partner with product development, sales, and supply chain to create and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
• Manage marketing budget, ROI, and advertising spend.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, continuously exploring and adopting new technologies.
What You Will Bring
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive marketing experience in a high-growth e-commerce or consumer products organization.
• Watersports industry experience preferred.
• Proven ability to build, lead, and inspire a marketing team.
• Deep expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, PPC, and email marketing.
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and analyzing ROI.
• A results-driven mindset with passion for both the work and the team.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (NetSuite is a plus).
