Installation Technician
Location: Bend - Central Oregon (Company-provided transportation)
Job Type: Full-Time

About the Role:
We are seeking a hardworking, technically oriented, and team-driven Installation Technician to join our crew. This role involves installing custom blinds, outer trim, windows, and other related products across Central Oregon. If you have a background in carpentry or construction and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install custom blinds, window trim, and occasionally windows and other specialty products.
- Provide excellent customer service during on-site installations.
- Maintain and manage inventory of tools and materials.
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Work on ladders and lift heavy materials (50+ lbs).
- Travel to various job sites across Central Oregon (transportation provided).
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality workmanship.
Qualifications:
- Experience in carpentry, general labor, or construction.
- Technically inclined and comfortable using tools and equipment.
- Able to lift 50+ pounds and work on ladders.
- Strong work ethic and a drive to learn and grow.
- Must be a cultural fit: team player, reliable, and respectful.
- Background must support the physical and technical demands of the role.
