Carpenter Needed In Central Oregon
We are seeking a skilled and reliable carpenter to join our residential construction team. This is not an entry-level position — we’re looking for someone with hands-on experience in framing, finish work, and general carpentry who takes pride in craftsmanship and can work independently or as part of a crew.
Pay: $23–$28 per hour, depending on experience (DOE)
Location: Projects in Bend, Redmond, and Sunriver, Oregon
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will:
- Have proven carpentry experience in residential construction
- Be able to read and interpret blueprints and plans
- Work efficiently with minimal supervision
- Be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Communicate clearly in English
- Be safety-conscious and follow job site protocols
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proficiency in framing, siding, trim, and finish carpentry
- Experience with concrete forms, tile, and masonry is a plus
- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and install materials
- Own a full set of hand and power tools (or be in the process of acquiring them)
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
- No drug use or excessive drinking
- Able to provide references from past employers or clients

- Material handling and site organization
- Assisting other trades as needed
