Handyman / Maintenance Technician
Location: Sunriver, Oregon
Compensation: $21 - $23 DOE
Schedule: Thursday - Monday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of home maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, basic construction, and appliance installation. This is a long-term opportunity for a self-motivated individual who can work independently and take pride in quality workmanship.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential settings
- Conduct basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- Install and repair household appliances
- Assess maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- Use basic hand and power tools (tools provided)
- Follow work orders and complete tasks efficiently and safely
Requirements:
- Strong working knowledge of home maintenance and repair practices
- Previous handyman or maintenance experience strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow directions
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Able to lift up to 40 lbs and be on the feet for extended periods
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term employment
