Job Full Description
We’re seeking an experienced HR Generalist to support a manufacturing site through a three-month project period. This role will partner closely with leadership and employees to maintain strong HR operations, ensure compliance, and drive a positive workplace culture.
What You’ll Do:
Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and employees in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Support employee relations, performance management, and attendance tracking
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and training for hourly and salaried roles as needed
Maintain accurate records and assist with HRIS data entry and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and labor laws
Partner with site leadership on employee engagement and communication initiatives
What You’ll Bring:
3+ years of HR Generalist or similar experience; manufacturing or industrial setting preferred
Strong understanding of HR compliance, policies, and best practices
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to build trust and credibility at all levels of the organization
Proficiency with HRIS systems (Workday strongly preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
