About the Role:
Join our Health Information Management team in a temporary capacity to support essential medical record functions. This entry-level role involves handling confidential patient information, prepping/scanning/indexing records, and assisting with the release of information requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process patient record requests and maintain confidentiality
• Prep, scan, and index medical records
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external clients
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and regulatory standards

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Typing and computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Preferred: Experience in a medical office or hospital setting
