Urgently Hiring For Cabinet Finisher
About the Role
A Central Oregon Cabinet Company is seeking an experienced Cabinet Finisher/Painter to join our high-quality custom cabinet manufacturing team in Bend, Oregon. The ideal candidate brings hands-on finishing expertise, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong sense of craftsmanship. You’ll work in a clean, professional setting with premium finishing materials and advanced spray systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cabinet components through sanding, sealing, and surface repairs
- Mix, match, and apply stains, paints, and clear finishes
- Operate HVLP and air-assisted airless spray systems
- Maintain spray booth and equipment for optimal performance
- Inspect finished parts for quality, color accuracy, and smoothness
- Collaborate with the production team to meet deadlines and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of professional experience in cabinet or furniture finishing
- Proficiency with lacquer, conversion varnish, polyurethane, and waterborne coatings
- Strong skills in color matching and blending
- Experience with automated finishing systems (e.g., CEFLA) is a plus
- Dependable, self-driven, and detail-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
