Business Systems Analyst II
Location: Bend, OR (Hybrid: 2 days remote, 3 days in office)
Reports to: IT Supply Chain Manager
Position Summary
We are seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to join our dynamic and growing team and play a key role in transforming our Supply Chain technology footprint. This role will serve as the owner of specific products and applications within the Supply Chain portfolio, managing and directing these solutions while ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives and measurable value delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage applications within the Supply Chain portfolio, including planning and stakeholder relationships.
- Develop and maintain documentation for the design, maintenance, and operations of portfolio solutions.
- Identify approaches to meet business requirements, confirm appropriate tools and architecture, and drive solutions.
- Coordinate and lead discovery sessions with business owners to gather detailed requirements and refine project goals and roadmaps.
- Lead cross-functional and technical teams to deliver projects successfully.
- Provide and/or coordinate Level 2/3 support for incident resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of IT experience.
- Understanding of Supply Chain concepts and processes (preferred).
- Experience with ERP applications (preferred).
- Strong project delivery skills, including stakeholder alignment, collaboration, consensus building, and defining acceptance criteria and metrics.
- Ability to analyze problems and deliver robust solutions.
- Solid technical documentation and implementation methodology skills.
Additional Details
- Exposure to Oracle MFC, Warehouse Management Systems, Point of Sale systems, and vendor/supplier collaboration is beneficial.
- No deep customization/configuration expertise required—focus is on business analysis and solution management.
