Property Manager – Sunriver, OR
Compensation: $26–$29/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Property Manager to join our team in beautiful Sunriver, Oregon. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, values professionalism, and is passionate about property management.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Set and adjust rent schedules appropriately
- Perform basic accounting and financial tracking for properties
- Support leasing specialist and accountant as needed
- Ensure the property portfolio is managed with integrity and responsibility
Qualifications
- Active Oregon Property Manager License (Required)
- Working knowledge of AppFolio (Preferred)
- Foundational computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, etc.)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and diplomatic
- High school diploma or equivalent
Work Environment & Requirements
- Ability to sit for extended periods
- Daily use of computer systems (Word, AppFolio)
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for local travel
