Food Service & Dishwashing Associate
Location: Redmond, OR
Schedule: Saturday – Wednesday, 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Food Service & Dishwashing Associate to join our team. This role is essential in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment while ensuring patients receive meals that meet their dietary needs.
Primary Responsibilities
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes using a commercial dishwashing setup.
- Deliver meals to patient rooms according to instructions.
- Verify patient name and dietary information to ensure accuracy of meal delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
- Push meal carts and transport food safely throughout the facility.
- Communicate effectively with team members and patients.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid food handler’s certification.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
- Pleasant, positive demeanor with ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Comfortable being on your feet for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly.
