General Manufacturing/Assembly Technician 

Location: Redmond, Oregon
Pay: $20/hour

Schedule: Monday - Thursday 6:00 am - 4:30 pm

A local Redmond manufacturing company is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented general manufacturing/assembly technician to join our production team. This hands-on role involves setting up, building, and testing molds and bladders used in our manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Read and accurately interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, and specifications
• Identify and resolve quality or process issues during fabrication
• Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of specialty equipment and machinery
• Proficiently use hand tools, power tools, heat guns, vacuum sealers, and other equipment
• Verify dimensions and measurements to meet precise specifications
• Assemble and test fabricated molds and bladders to ensure functionality
• Maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail
• Complete fabrication projects efficiently while following defined processes
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; manufacturing or trade experience preferred
• Strong mechanical aptitude and experience with power tools
• Ability to read and comprehend technical documents and blueprints
• Process-oriented with excellent attention to detail
• Solid math skills and familiarity with precise measurement techniques
• Punctual, positive attitude, and team-oriented
