🔧 Handyman / Maintenance Technician
📍 Location: Sunriver, Oregon
💵 Compensation: $21–$22 DOE
🗓️ Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📝 Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handyman / Maintenance Technician to perform a wide range of home maintenance tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, basic construction, and appliance installation. This is a long-term opportunity for a self-motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship and can work independently.
🛠️ Key Responsibilities
- 🔨 Perform general repairs and maintenance in residential settings
- 🪚 Conduct basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical tasks
- 🔌 Install and repair household appliances
- 🧰 Assess maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
- 🪛 Use basic hand and power tools (tools provided)
- 📋 Follow work orders and complete tasks efficiently and safely
✔️ Requirements
- 🏡 Strong working knowledge of home maintenance and repair practices
- 🔧 Previous handyman or maintenance experience strongly preferred
- 👤 Ability to work independently and follow directions
- 🎓 High School diploma or equivalent
- 🏋️ Able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- 🔍 Reliable, detail-oriented, and committed to long-term employment
